By installing and using the Bulk-Save Gmail Chrome Extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

Bulk-Save Gmail is a browser extension that allows users to:

• Download multiple Gmail attachments simultaneously
• Save attachments to Google Drive (Pro version)
• Organize downloads by sender or date
• Filter attachments by type

3. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is paramount. The Extension processes all data locally in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit your email content or attachments. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

4. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

Information obtained from your Google Account is used solely to provide and improve the user-facing features of the Extension, specifically:

• Authenticating your Google Account within the browser to access Gmail
• Scanning your emails for attachments as directed by you
• Saving selected attachments to your local device or your own Google Drive

This data is never used for advertising, sold to third parties, or used for any purpose other than the Service's core functionality. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time via your Stripe subscription portal.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Extension to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Extension
• Use the Extension to download content you don't have rights to access
• Resell or redistribute the Extension or its functionality
• Use automated scripts or bots with the Extension

7. Intellectual Property

The Extension and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IamLadi s.r.o. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IamLadi s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IamLadi s.r.o. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Extension or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Extension or via email if you're a Pro subscriber. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
