Common Issues
Extension not appearing in Gmail
Make sure you've installed the extension from the Chrome Web Store, then refresh your Gmail tab. If the button still doesn't show, check that the extension is enabled at chrome://extensions, confirm you're signed in at mail.google.com (Google Workspace accounts work too), and temporarily disable other Gmail extensions that may conflict.
Daily limit reached
Free users can save up to 7 attachments per day, and the counter resets daily. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited attachments, resumable batches of 500+ files, and automatic Google Drive folder organization — cancel anytime.
Downloads start but never finish
Very large batches can pause when Gmail throttles requests. The extension retries automatically and resumes where it left off — keep the Gmail tab open until the progress bar completes. If a batch stays stuck for several minutes, reload the tab and run it again: already-saved files are skipped, so you won't get duplicates.
Google Drive connection or permission errors
Saving to Google Drive uses a read-only Gmail scope plus a Drive file scope. If Drive saves fail, disconnect and reconnect your Google account from the extension popup, and check that your Google Workspace admin allows third-party Drive access. You can revoke the extension's access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Pro is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. For refund requests or invoice questions, email us from the Google account you subscribed with and we'll sort it out within one business day.
