That grant technically allows reading message bodies; the extension does not use them, and never transmits them anywhere. It cannot send, reply to, or delete anything. Your attachments go straight from Google to the destination you choose and never pass through our servers.

Free users can save 7 attachments per day. Each attachment file counts as one - for example, selecting 1 email with 3 attachments uses 3 of your daily quota. You can select multiple emails at once, but the total number of attachment files cannot exceed 7. Pro users get unlimited attachments. The limit resets every 24 hours. All file types are supported. The extension handles attachments up to Gmail's own message limits: 25 MB to send and 50 MB to receive, counting the body and all attachments. Large files (5 MB and up) use smart chunking and resumable uploads, and one batch can hold thousands of files.

When you choose Drive upload, files are automatically organized in folders by year and month (e.g., "Gmail Attachments/2025/January/"). You grant Drive permission through Google's secure OAuth flow. You can revoke access anytime through your Google Account settings.
