Our Commitment to Your Privacy

Bulk-Save Gmail is designed with privacy at its core. We operate on a simple principle: your data never leaves your computer. All processing happens locally in your browser.

Data Collection & Processing

🔒 100% Client-Side Processing

  • • All email processing happens in your browser
  • • No email content is sent to our servers
  • • No attachments are uploaded anywhere
  • • Downloads happen directly from Gmail to your device

Note: While email processing is 100% client-side, our website uses third-party analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, TinyAdz) that collect site usage data only. These services never access or receive your email content or attachments—they only process website metadata such as IP addresses and user-agent strings for traffic analysis.

What We DO NOT Collect

  • ❌ Email contents or subjects
  • ❌ Attachment files or their contents
  • ❌ Contact lists or email addresses
  • ❌ Personal identifying information
  • ❌ Gmail login credentials

What We MAY Collect

Through our website analytics providers, the following data may be collected for usage analysis and performance monitoring:

Analytics Data (via Google Analytics, Ahrefs, TinyAdz)

  • • IP address (pseudonymized/truncated for privacy)

  • • Referrer URL (how you arrived at our site)
  • • Page paths and URLs visited on our website
  • • Timestamps of visits and interactions
  • • Geographic location (country/region level only)
  • • Device type and screen resolution
  • • Analytics cookies and similar identifiers

Extension Usage Data (anonymous)

  • • Number of attachments processed (not the content)
  • • Feature usage frequency
  • • Error reports (without personal data)
  • • Extension version information

Purpose & Processing

Purpose: Usage analytics, performance monitoring, error tracking, and service improvement

Data Processing: All analytics data is aggregated and pseudonymized where possible

Retention Period: Analytics data is retained for up to 26 months (Google Analytics default) or less based on provider policies

Opt-Out Options

Data Storage

Any settings or preferences are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to sync Chrome settings across devices.

Third-Party Services

We use minimal third-party services for website analytics:

  • Google Analytics (anonymous usage statistics, page views, session duration)
  • Ahrefs Analytics (aggregated traffic sources, search keywords, referrer data)
  • TinyAdz (engagement metrics, conversion tracking for extension installs)
  • • No third-party advertising networks
  • • No data brokers

Cookies: These analytics services may set cookies to track anonymous usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or by using the Do Not Track option. For more information, please review each service's privacy policy linked above.
